6/12/25 Another Trip to The Library I took another trip to the library again today and was surprised when I locked eyes with some kind of DVD box set of the 2010 anime Squid Girl. Though against my judgement at the time had no idea it was a 2017 release by Sentai Filmworks. I kinda just assume a lot that when I see an anime DVD that it's automatically old as hell. I didn't even realize they were making DVDs still in 2017, I kinda just assumed Blu rays were now just the default for home releases. Anyways I grabbed Squid Girl and another anime called Kino's Journey.  5/31/25 Close Enough, Welcome Back Blockbuster      I wanna start this off by apologizing for my previous post I was in a really bad head space when I typed that up and if any of my online friends are reading it I wanna deeply apologize for the things I said about ya'll.  5/27/25 Battle at the Outpost     In the waning afternoon of Tuesday the 27th, a sudden attack was waged on a remote outpost occupied by the Tan Army. Nearly 40 troops were stationed in this military base right on the border of the Green Territory. Tensions between the two global powers had been brewing for some time before the encounter, but no one would ever think the Green Nation would make such a bold move as this .    Emerging from the nearby woods, the battalion of Green Troops rushed the outpost with intense artillery fire and overwhelming gunfire. For a time, the Tan Army managed to hold off the enemy but, due to a fuel shortage were unable to mobilize their tanks.  5/12/25 SONIC TEMPLE     Over the weekend I went to a music festival in Columbus called sonic temple to see a bunch of bands I like. It was my first ever music festival and they had a pretty good lineup of metal bands like Converge, Testament, Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, and headlining was Metallica. I'm a big Metallica fan so getting to see them live was completely awesome!!! THEY EVEN PLAYED MY FAVORITE SONG BATTERY!!!!! While the festival was awesome it definitely took some getting used too like how the whole thing was outside and my entire group got sunburnt really badly. Also the food in the venue was all really expensive like it was five dollars for a water bottle. I somehow managed to sneak my own water bottle in but when it was empty I was pretty much out of luck. All the water dispensaries near where we were sitting were VIP only so if we wanted to refill we'd have to walk all the way to the entrance.  5/7/25 Making a bad financial choice by buying the Sims 2 on steam. you know it's crazy how I've already forgotten about my blog and it's only been like a week. I've been so fucking busy lately with moving home after exams. I'm downloading the Sims 2 because I watched a bunch of videos about it and now I wanna play it. I'm just a little worried since the reviews on steam are mixed so I guess I'll update my thoughts after I try it. anyways onto life stuff, I've spend the last 3ish days just working on more 40k models. I got a Russ built this one being a punisher with the Gatling gun. From what I've heard it's not very good on the table top but it was a personal request from my dad so I did it to humor him. I decided to make it just an infantry destroyer. Equipping it with heavy flamers and a lascannon in case it needs some heavier armor penetration. 4/23/25     Summer Plans                     Been thinking a lot about what I'm gonna do over the summer. It's really hard for me to tell at this point because in May I gotta get surgery. It's nothing serious but I might be out for a few weeks which is gonna suck. During that period I'll probably just watch a fuck ton of anime, I gotta finish FMP and Uma Musume. Regardless I have a couple ideas of what I'm gonna do over the summer (other than working).                  I wanna do a lot of fishing. Last summer I fished only around 2 or 3 times and didn't catch anything. I wanna try to do it more though especially on days I gotta work. Since I typically work night shifts I usually end up with a lot of free time that I don't know what to do with.
